Labour Market Impact Assessment

What is the Labour Market Impact Assessment?

A positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document issued by the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) which verifies that the job offered to a foreign national could not be filled by a Canadian worker.

How can we assist you with LMIA application?

If you get a positive or neutral LMIA, previously named as Labour Market Opinion (LMO), we will assist your targeted foreign workers to get work permits at the Canadian visa offices in their country (or at a Canadian Port of Entry, depending on the country of origin).

As a Canada Immigration Consultant, we will help you come up with a transition plan, which is a requirement if you are advertising a high-wage position. The transition plan must demonstrate that you are making efforts to hire Canadians going forward.

We treat every LMIA application as unique and spend the time required to understand all of the relevant details related to your Canadian work visa application. We have helped thousands of individuals and employers with their LMIA needs and requirements in Canada. Our experience and attention to detail set us apart.
